DISABLED VETERAN, COLLEGE GRAD, MOTHER OF ONE AND CAREGIVER TO FAMILY, Carrie Bell Lance Harrell-Winns known as “Ms. Carrie Bell” was born October 2, 1948. Dunber, Georgetown, South Carolina. The third child of 10 children born to The Rev. Thomas S. and Florine C. Lance. Choppee High School Graduate. Graduated with Master of Science 1995. Moved back to South Carolina, attended Webster University with only 6 credits from a second master degree. I suffered three car accidents rendering me disabled.
